Hi, I'm Claudeth.
I'm a mother, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Desafío Mamá is the space I wish I'd had in my own first years.
The first years of motherhood are full of love — and full of questions no one fully answers. I spent too many nights searching for help that was either cold and clinical, or warm but not quite right. So I built the other thing: support that is both evidence-based and human.
As an IBCLC, breastfeeding and infant feeding are at the heart of what I do — latch, supply, pain, pumping, the return to work, gentle weaning. But the first years are bigger than feeding: sleep, milestones, routines, and a mother's own wellbeing all belong here too.
My promise is simple: no judgment, no pressure, no one-size-fits-all. We start from your real life and your real baby, in the language you're most comfortable in — English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
